SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on passportal.com are processed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm AEST (excluding NSW public holidays) and are shipped within 3 business days of order placement. This does not include time for payment authorisation and verification.

Please notify us of any delivery issues within 20 days of your parcel being dispatched. Passportal.com is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered or left unattended.
