SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on passportal.com are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 5 pm AEST (excluding major holidays in NSW) and are shipped within 3 business days from when the order is placed. This does not take into account pending payment authorisation and verification. Passportal.com must be notified of any issue with delivery within 20 days of the parcel being dispatched. Passportal.com is not held responsible for any parcel that is left at a premises once delivered.

IN STORE PICK

All orders must be collected within 14 days. Orders not collected after 14 days, we reserve the right to restock this product and refund your order. Please contact store@passportal.com if you will be delayed with your pick up.

PAYMENT METHODS

Passportal.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard & American Express. In addition, we also accept payment via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address. Passportal.com also offers payment via After Pay.

FRAUD PROTECTION

Once an order is processed, we reserve the right to request from the customer an email of a scan or photo of a government-issued photo ID and the front and back of your credit card. If we deem this satisfactory, your order will be processed.

SALES TAX

eu.passport.com is not responsible for any import taxes with orders internationally. You as the buyer are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Pass~Port, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays with delivery time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to assist you. We do not accept returns for Pass~Port products not purchased from www.passportal.com To request a return / exchange please email store@passportal.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns that are not first requested and approved will not be processed. Item(s) purchased from www.passportal.com must be returned at the customers expense in original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 10 business days of receiving your order in order to receive a refund. We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credit on sale items. All sale purchases are final. BOX~DAY & Archive Sale purchases are final, we do not offer size swaps, returns or store credit on these products. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Our team will assess returns on a case-by-case basis and www.passportal.com hold the right to refuse a return if we deem it worn, untagged, washed or customer damaged will be sent back to you at your expense. Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced returns. It is solely on the customer to ensure the items are returned safely. Defective products should contact us at store@passportal.com as soon you discover the fault. Faults must be brought to our attention within 1 week of purchase.
