SkatePal is a UK-registered non-profit founded in 2013 by skateboarder Charlie Davis, with the mission of building a self-sustaining skateboarding scene in Palestine. Since then, we've built multiple concrete skateparks across the West Bank — including Rosa Park near Nablus, one of the largest in the country — and run daily skate classes reaching hundreds of young people each year.
How we support the scene:
- Infrastructure — supplying skateboards & equipment, building skateparks, and providing community spaces for workshops, film screenings, and equipment storage
- Capacity Building — paying Palestinian skateboarders, offering training & mentorship, and sharing resources
- Advocacy — amplifying Palestinian-run skate organisations, running fundraising and awareness events, and channeling international donations to local partners
- Fundraising — selling merchandise, collaborating with Palestinian and SWANA artists, and hosting fundraising events
100% of merch proceeds go directly toward supporting skateparks, equipment, and local skaters in Palestine.
