- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM AEST (excluding major NSW holidays).
- Orders are shipped within 3 business days, excluding payment authorisation/verification time.

- Express Shipping: $20 flat rate

New Zealand:

RETURNS
- To request return/exchange, email within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be returned in original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn).
- Contact store@passportal.com for any queries regarding defective products.
